Join our dynamic Finance team, where we drive strategic decision-making and financial insights across the globe. As a Sr. Financial Data Analyst, you will be at the heart of our global expense reporting and data visualization efforts. Our team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and a passion for excellence. Where you come in:

  • You lead the preparation, analysis, and reporting of global operating expenses, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with financial forecasts and budgets.
  • You perform variance analysis between actuals, forecasts, and budgets, identifying the root causes of variances and working with relevant stakeholders to address concerns.
  • You collaborate with the US Finance Business Partner and Finance System teams to ensure alignment and integration of financial data and systems.
  • You work with regional finance teams to standardize expense reporting and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • You create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.
  • You translate complex data sets into actionable insights through effective data visualization techniques.
  • You collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure data accuracy.
  • You identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial analysis and reporting.
  • You automate and streamline financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • You perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed. 

What makes you successful:

  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You bring excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Your proficiency in data visualization tools, preferably Tableau, sets you apart.
  • You are advanced in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
  • You can work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have experience with EPM systems (e.g., Oracle Hyperion) – nice to have.
  • Your knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages is a plus.
  • You are familiar with financial modeling and scenario analysis.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelors degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 5-8 years related experience or Masters degree plus 2-5 years industry experience or PhD plus 0-2 years industry experience
