What will you do?
As Financial Analyst, you will be an integral part of our finance team, mainly responsible for internal and external reporting, delivering high-quality financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making. You will analyze financial performance, prepare forecasts, and assist in budgeting efforts while providing key recommendations to enhance profitability and efficiency.
How will you do it?
- Supports financial planning activities of the businesses through the preparation and analysis of financial business process related projects and reports highlighting operating performance
- Support PBU Financial Planning Cycles (Monthly Outlook, Quarterly Forecast and Annual Budget)
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas below standard margin above gross margin
- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances compared with the budget and / or standards, providing insights and decision making support to the business
- Support Plant controllers helping them drive expected metrics with valuable ad-hoc analysis and reporting
- Ensures calculation and review on a monthly basis of relevant accruals and reserves, such as obsolete and slow moving inventory, warranty, advertising, volume discounts, freight, cost Accruals etc.
- Ensures related policies ( Cost accounting / Inventory / Accounting) are being enforced and implemented , ensures compliance with the applicable laws and policies, internal and external audits
- Ensures other key financial controls are performed on a regular basis, including, but not limited to: approval of inventory adjustments, purchasing savings.
What we look for?
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 6+ years of Accounting or finance experience / Financial Planning and Analysis
- Strong customer and business orientation and desire to develop business acumen
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized, and self-motivated
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to influence across the organization. Comfortable working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English
