Job Title: Sr. Financial Analyst

Takeda Turkey operates in Turkey since 2009; we are providing better health to patients in different therapeutic areas which are Oncology, Hematology, Rare Genetic Diseases, Immunology and GI.
We are currently looking for a strong profile with the right attitude to join our Finance team as "Sr. Financial Analyst".
Sr. Financial Analyst will be reporting to FP&A Manager and assists in the financial planning processes for the LOC Turkey planning cycles: Annual Plan, MYC, Feb LBE, MRP and LRF ensuring quality, consistency and reliability of the data and summary deliverables submitted to HQ Finance.
He/She will work closely with assigned functions to understand their business requirements to provide budgetary guidance and also, will work closely with Accounting team for proper month-end closure.
How you will contribute: • Assists in the month end closure of IFRS results with insightful commentary on both financial and non-financial performance indicators. • Ensures both routine and ad-hoc HQ Finance data requests are prepared accurately, submitted timely and with the highest level of quality. • Looks for new ways to analyze and report results; leveraging Global Tools. • Supports the development and consolidation of functional budgets under Cost Package guidelines. Monitors and reports performance against OPEX budgets/metrics with high quality commentary Provides ad-hoc reporting to support requests from financial management. • Proven ability to work under strict deadlines and multitasking • Assist in monthly S&OP Process, PDT allocation process
What you bring to Takeda: • Bachelor's degree from Finance, Economics, Engineering or related fields • Minimum of 3+ years of financial analysis experience, big 4 experience is a plus • Experience with management reporting, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting. • Excellence knowledge of IFRS • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated business impact in previous roles. • Strong computer software skills (Microsoft Office, Power BI , Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, HFM • Experience working in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting is preferred. • Deep knowledge of all aspects of financial management - budgeting, forecasting and financial planning, including basic accounting information • Proven ability to work under strict deadlines and multitasking • Good understanding of business processes and solutions, e.g. Finance, HR, Procurement (and other business functions) and the interdependencies • Innovative thinker and catalyst • Ability to quickly learn and achieve proficiency in different business intelligence (BI) tools • Passion for accuracy of all data • Ability to build outstanding relationships based on trust and through delivering on commitments. • No military obligation for male candidates
