Computershare Fund Services (CFS) is the division within Issuer Services responsible for providing full-service proxy solutions for Mutual Funds, Closed-End Funds, ETFs, Interval Funds, REITs and Variable Life and Annuity products. In addition, CFS offers comprehensive compliance mailing solutions.
A role you will love
The Sr Financial Analyst role operates within this division at a local level and works closely with Sales, Client Services, and Strategy, along with other CPU businesses and Shared Services at both a regional and global level.
The Senior Financial Analyst serves as a key partner to Sr Management within Fund Services providing performance analysis, forecasting and budgeting, and strategic decision support to drive revenue growth, profitability, productivity improvements, and informed decision-making.
Other key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business growth and operational efficiency, including month-end close activities, budget-to-actual reviews, prior-year comparisons, trend analysis, and preparation of revenue and expense journal entries as required.
- Lead the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process in partnership with Global Finance, ensuring accurate financial planning and performance tracking.
- Monitor business performance, identify financial risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Support the implementation of global finance and procurement systems, ensuring compliance with financial processes, controls, and reporting requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and business initiatives.
- Evaluate business cases, pricing strategies, and strategic projects, and prepare executive-level analyses and presentations to support leadership decisions.
- Partner with Sales, Business Development, and Client Services teams to prepare and review client cost estimates, pricing proposals, and customer invoices.
- Manage the preparation, calculation, and administration of bi-annual sales incentive programs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience
- 5-8 years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or a related finance function.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Strong presentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
- MBA, Master of Science in Finance (MSF), or a related postgraduate qualification is preferred.

Compensation: The typical base pay range for this role is USD $90,000 - $115,000
This salary is specific to the United States and a direct currency conversion will not be representative of salaries in our other global locations. For salaries in other countries please reach out to the talent acquisition partner recruiting for this role.
