Job Summary

We are looking to add a Sr Financial Analyst to our team who will provide regional financial and accounting support for operations across the Americas. This role will be responsible for analyzing financial information, supporting monthly close activities, providing technical guidance to multiple sites, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and accounting standards. The position plays a key role in supporting informed decision-making and strengthening the organization's financial processes.

What a Typical Day Looks Like:
  • Analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet fluctuations to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Provide financial and accounting support to teams across multiple sites in the Americas by addressing inquiries related to revenue recognition, fixed assets, reconciliations, and accounting policies.
  • Participate in the monthly financial close process, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with Controllership, FP&A, Finance, and cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity of financial information.
  • Review and monitor intercompany activity and support the preparation of corporate financial reports.
  • Develop guidelines, documentation, and recommendations to strengthen processes and ensure compliance with corporate policies and accounting requirements.
  • Participate in special projects related to acquisitions, divestitures, ERP implementations, and technical accounting matters.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing financial analyses, documentation, and explanations as required.
The Experience We're Looking to Add to Our Team
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in financial analysis, corporate accounting, or similar finance roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
  • Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial analysis, reconciliations, and data management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research accounting and financial topics, draw conclusions, and provide recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
