Prepare and report qualitative and quantitative financial information, support field and corporate teams on reporting and analysis, ensure technical compliance with GAAP and SOX, prepare SEC filings, maintain policies, perform EPS calculations, support equity compensation administration, and complete special projects.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gather and report on qualitative and quantitative financial information included in press releases, annual reports, Board reports, SEC filings, and other requested information.
- Interact with other corporate functions, field finance, shared services, corporate audit, and external auditors.
- Coordinate with and support field organization and various corporate departments with financial reporting and analysis.
- Assist with technical compliance; monitor, research, and interpret current and emerging regulations, industry accounting, reporting requirements, and trends.
- Benchmark company disclosures against competitors.
- Prepare quarterly and annual filings with the SEC.
- Maintain policies and procedures documentation.
- Perform earnings per share calculations.
- Support administration of the Company's equity compensation plans and coordinate with service providers.
- Complete special projects as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree required
- Master's degree preferred
- CPA required
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls (e.g., SOX)
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in public accounting and/or financial reporting
- Ability to research, develop alternatives, and recommend Company position
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced formulas, charting)
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects
