SCOPE

Responsible for wide range of financial analysis related to Gross and Net Revenue and all Gross-to-Net expenses. The position will report to FP&A Manager and work closely with all levels of the Sales organization (sales reps up to CCO).

Responsible for standard Sales reporting, weekly and monthly, in a wide array of breakdowns (channel, customer, category, etc.) to support both Sales and Finance organizations. Will perform ad hoc analysis as needed to support Mgr. Sales Finance as well as broad Sales team.

Position will also assist in customer pricing decisions via detailed analysis and research. Position will also uncover and analyze opportunities, as they are found, for potential cost savings to the company.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Must be able to physically perform the functions of climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions

• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and interact with computers, telephone and other electronic media

• Must possess visual acuity to document company records

• Must be able to lift 20 pounds

• Must be able to work extended hours, such as daily overtime and an occasional weekend

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidates should have 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, preferably with exposure to Sales related accounting & finance in CPG industry

• A minimum of an undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance

• Experience in implementing process improvement in a growing company

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• The ability to effectively work with all levels of staff and management

• Use of analytical techniques to identify and communicate performance improvement opportunities within a business

• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• High degree of attention to detail and process control with the ability to meet deadlines

• The ability and desire to grow with a growing, entrepreneurial organization

• Demonstrate a very high sense of urgency. Speed to market is critical.

• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Skills Required
