We are seeking a high-caliber Sr Financial Analyst to lead the build and management of our consolidated financial reporting and strategic initiative tracking. This role is pivotal in driving visibility across our diverse business units. The ideal candidate has an FP&A background and is a financial modeling expert who can translate complex data into actionable insights, partner with cross-functional platform leads, and ensure the integrity of our global financial performance metrics.

This position reports to the Finance Director, Transformation, and is based out of our Irvine office.

As the Sr Financial Analyst, you will have the opportunity to influence the following:

Financial Planning & Modeling

  • Lead the complete rebuild of the consolidated Dashboard Model to provide visibility into Financials and KPIs for all business segments.

  • Incorporate and standardize reporting for Commercial initiatives (Business expansion including International and Amazon)

  • Incorporate leading indicators and robust analytical capabilities to identify trends before they impact financials

Performance Metrics & Strategic Initiative Tracking

  • Partner with Platform Finance Leads to review business cases and track the execution of strategic initiatives.

  • Partner with Transformation leads to track savings within the performance management tool

  • Drive accountability by helping initiative owners define and measure success through clear KPIs and financial milestones

Reporting and Analysis

  • Work closely with all functional teams across multiple business units and Brands to ensure financial alignment and accurate reporting

  • Develop and deliver high-precision consolidated tracking models and forecasts that empower leadership to make agile, data-driven business decisions

  • Conduct detailed variance analysis, Identify trends, risks and opportunities for key strategic initiatives

  • Support Monthly Operational Reviews with Executive Leadership and Private Equity partners

You have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field with 7+ years’ experience in FP&A

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Data visualization tools; proven experience building complex, multi-entity consolidated dashboards

  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized

  • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity

  • Excellent analytical skills, experience managing large data quantities from multiple sources

  • Ability to think and act strategically and develop operation and strategic plans

  • Comprehensive business understanding of processes and structure

  • Ability to operate cross-functionally with strong understanding of external business drivers

You might have:

  • Consulting or investment banking experience

  • Experience with system implementation

  • Experience working in a private equity environment

Pay Range:

Annual Salary: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
