The Sr Financial Analyst will be responsible for period reporting and forecasting, quarterly board materials, and annual planning across the total company. This incudes building out modelling using excel, Anaplan, and other systems to help streamline work and ensure high quality standards. Additional ad hoc work will be required to support company changes like annual bonus calculations or analysis to help drive financial decisions
This position has been segmented as "Hybrid" meaning there is a combination of three onsite days per week and the rest remote.
Responsibilities:

Support period reporting to identify gaps to plan, drill into drivers of the variance, and recommend corrections as needed

Rollup forecasts and check overall trends and totals to determine where there are unexplained adjustments that should be examined prior to locking

Create excel modelling and powerpoint decks for monthly operating reviews and board decks ensuring high levels of quality

Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as needed to help set company direction or investigate potential problems

Other duties as assigned by manager
Relationship:

Internal: Corporate Margin team; field and corporate finance staff members
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Minimum 3 years of professional finance analysis experience required with P&L experience.

Advanced skills using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Must have a proven track record of being able to work autonomously as well as interact across all levels of staff and management.

Must possess keen attention to detail and drive for results.
Education:
-
Bachelors degree in accounting or finance required.

Masters degree and CPA/CMA is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Knowledge of Access, PeopleSoft, data warehouse queries, Essbase/Hyperion tools strongly preferred
Universal Pay Verbiage:
Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $65,000 and $100,000.
This role will also receive an annual incentive plan bonus.
