WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
In this role, you will be part of the Global Business Technology Finance Team, reporting directly to the Senior Director, Global Technology Finance. This role will be supporting the Foundational Technology and Corporate Functions Domains and will be responsible for ensuring smooth financial planning, reporting and portfolio management of our strategic investments. To be successful in this role, you will need to collaborate and partner with technology finance teams, central and business finance partners, and various global cross-functional stakeholders.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in ambiguous situations and excels at using both strategic and financial insights to influence cross-functional teams. As a member of the Global Business Technology Finance Team, the candidate is expected to possess the following core competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in Financial Analysis, Financial/Strategic Planning, Accounting and/or Budgeting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and ability to effectively communicate status, issues/risks, and opportunities with leadership and translate financial metrics to diverse audiences
- Skilled in financial management, scenario planning and analysis, project management, and strategic thinking to support business case development and influence effective decision making
- Ability to develop, implement and manage financial and operational processes and initiatives to drive efficiencies and improve performance
- Strong attention to detail, curiosity to learn, a growth mindset, and a drive to develop and contribute as part of a team.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
This role involves enabling critical workstreams including KPI tracking and reporting within investment optimization initiatives; strategic labor, vendor, and operating spends management and governance; ongoing review of financial activities, programs and technology roadmaps to measure performance against financial guardrails and business objectives; preparation of consolidated financial reporting packets and investment review materials for executive leadership; and providing support in central coordination and communication across Technology Finance teams, Global Finance partners and the broader Technology function.

Skills Required
