Summary / Objective
As the Sr. Financial Analyst (Corporate), you will be a key contributor in supporting the financial strategy of our organization. This role will support the Director of FP&A (Corporate) through partnering with leadership across the organization to help develop the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, monthly reporting to investors, headcount planning across the organization, and ensure financial outcomes align with overall business goals.
This role reports to the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis.
What You'll Do

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Key contributor to the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process for corporate related expenses and initiatives, consolidating input from each business unit, and assisting with the overall financial model including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide insights on performance and areas for improvement. Develop methods to monitor key financial metrics with insights on variance and future impact.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist the Director of FP&A in building timely and accurate financial reports for senior management, the board of directors, and external stakeholders. This includes supporting the preparation of the monthly financial reporting package that goes to the board and investors.
  • Financial Planning Software: Support the implementation and ongoing management of the company's financial planning software.
  • Partnership: Develop strong working relationships with business partners to help achieve strategic and tactical goals including being a subject matter expert on expense variance and reporting.
  • Strategic Decision Support: Help build and provide data for models and financial insights to support strategic initiatives and investments.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Who You Are / What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience; MBA or CFA is a plus.
  • 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience.
  • Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to present and articulate financial information and complex models simply and concisely.
  • Highly flexible, comfortable with large amounts of information, adept at managing expectations, and able to set and adjust priorities as needed.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (Excel, NetSuite, Tableau, Anaplan).
  • Experience working for a PE backed business and comfortable communicating with various levels of ownership.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Ability to work across time zones as part of a global organization.


Salary Range
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $98,500 - $120,000, plus benefits as described below. In addition, the successful candidate will be eligible to receive other compensation from time to time in the form of discretionary and/or nondiscretionary bonuses and long-term incentive plan. Actual compensation will be influenced by a candidate's qualifications, internal employee equity considerations, and location. We will not ask for information about a candidate's current or past compensation for purposes of developing an offer of employment.
US team members (and their spouses, domestic partners, and/or dependent children) are covered by generously subsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance which includes company contributions to a Health Savings Accounts. Team members are also covered by company-paid life and disability insurance and have the option of participating in employee-paid supplemental life, accidental death and dismemberment, critical illness, and accident insurance. In addition, team members can enroll in the company's 401(k) plan with up to a 5% match. You receive 15 days of paid vacation yearly, increasing to 20 days after one year. Additionally, you get 5 days of paid sick leave, 13 paid holidays, and 20 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents, 12 weeks for others. Also, there's an opportunity for tuition reimbursement for qualifying expenses.
