Job responsibilities:

  • Partner with operating and finance teams to execute implementation of productivity initiatives across component plants and part families
  • Drive standard work, action plans, and rigor surrounding productivity tools through use of FLIGHT DECK
  • Utilize FLIGHT DECK to problem solve and create countermeasures for achieving targets
  • Collaborate across supply chain at site level to drive adoption, accountability and progress for productivity initiatives
  • Provide guidance and analysis for direct linkage between operational actions and financial performance for productivity initiatives
  • Effectively communicate financial impact of key productivity projects

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and 8+ years of relevant finance experience
  • Strong execution and project management through use of action plans
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
