Job responsibilities:
- Partner with operating and finance teams to execute implementation of productivity initiatives across component plants and part families
- Drive standard work, action plans, and rigor surrounding productivity tools through use of FLIGHT DECK
- Utilize FLIGHT DECK to problem solve and create countermeasures for achieving targets
- Collaborate across supply chain at site level to drive adoption, accountability and progress for productivity initiatives
- Provide guidance and analysis for direct linkage between operational actions and financial performance for productivity initiatives
- Effectively communicate financial impact of key productivity projects
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and 8+ years of relevant finance experience
- Strong execution and project management through use of action plans
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
