Sr. Finance Manager / Head of Finance

Responsibilities

• Establish accounting principles and provide oversight to all accounting activities of the company at global level
• Drive development and implementation of all accounting policies & procedures in compliance with Indian accounting standards
• Maintain efficient financial information systems in the organization to enable senior management to take appropriate and timely actions
• Ensure timely and accurate financial disclosures to be made by the Company
• Manage statutory, tax and internal audit interface effectively
• Establish robust internal controls and compliances leading to accurate financial reporting
• Play the controllership role and monitor and maintain the balance sheet’s health of the company
• Manage corporate taxation and ensure compliance with allied laws so that organization’s tax obligations are accurately reported and complied with
• Analyse and interpret domestic and international tax guidelines and their business implications and suggest steps to minimize organization’s tax liability
• Ensure robust costing systems are implemented and refined periodically

Must Have's

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements
• 2-5 years of work experience in financial reporting, compliance, and audit support, with experience in Big4 firms and B2B start-ups.
