This position will focus on enterprise financial and operational business analysis, to include financial modeling, actionable insights, business and management reporting.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial models for Annual Operating Plan, Latest Estimates (forecast), and 5-year strategic plan.

Lead operational and financial dashboards and related management reporting and business analysis.

Build clear, accurate and reliable predictive forecast modeling for multiple functional areas, depicting key financial and operational relationships.

Work with department heads in the context of financial monitoring, evaluation of new initiatives, business performance, and Key Performance Indicators.

Develops and maintains excellent relationships with colleagues across business units / departments to foster an effective cross functional working environment and collaborative spirit.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Demonstrated business acumen related to corporate and commercial finance and strategy

Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, and financial modeling

Solid knowledge of financial statements and corporate finance

Highly motivated with demonstrated experience managing multiple projects in a fast paced, deadline-oriented work environment

Self-starter who will anticipate challenges and work proactively to resolve issues

Comfortable working within an entrepreneurial, “roll-up your sleeves” environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Team player with a customer service mentality

Prior manufacturing industry experience preferred

Expert proficiency in the use of business applications, particularly excel and PowerPoint
Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline required.

MBA preferred.

Office Environment - Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time and occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. May be required to exert up to 25 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
