In this role, you will impact the financial health and growth of Honeywell by delivering accurate financial insights and recommendations that influence key business decisions and optimize financial outcomes.

YOU MUST HAVE- Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial analysis with a strong track record of supporting business decisions through data-driven insights.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide actionable recommendations.
- Advanced skills in Excel and financial reporting tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations relevant to the role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Experience with financial systems implementation and process improvement initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
