Sr Finance Analyst (m/f/d)

We have an opportunity for a Sr Financial Analyst to join us at Honeywell, in Bucharest, where you will drive financial reporting, automation and analytics to provide timely and actionable business insights. You will leverage AI, Power BI, Power Automate and Excel to simplify reporting, detect anomalies and trends, and support better commercial and financial decision-making.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office and 2 days work from home model.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

• Own and automate daily Sales and Orders reporting, ensuring accurate and timely visibility of business performance.
• Use AI and advanced analytics to detect anomalies, trends and risks in Sales, Orders and Margin, and provide actionable insights to Commercial teams.
• Develop and maintain automated reporting and dashboards using Power BI, Power Automate and Excel.
• Perform margin and profitability analytics, identifying customer, product and mix trends and opportunities.
• Develop analytical tools to support Orders forecasting and improve visibility of future performance.
• Support Fixed Cost analytics, identifying key variances, trends and opportunities for improved cost management.
• Support quarterly Balance Sheet analytics, highlighting unusual movements, trends and areas requiring attention.

Qualifications

Key skills and qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance or financial analytics.
• Strong financial analysis, reporting and forecasting skills.
• Advanced Excel and strong Power BI capabilities.
• Experience with Power Automate, AI tools or other process automation solutions and willingness to become an expert in this evolving space.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
