The Role

This position partners with field leadership to assure early career success for prospective FAs in the licensing phase and is responsible for managing candidates through a centralized FINRA examination preparation process by delivering support to each candidate and the leadership in their regional office. The incumbent will provide coaching, accountability, and encouragement to candidates to maximize the likelihood of success within program time frames. This position works closely with TAG leaders and staff to provide regular updates, insights and identify opportunities for process improvement. The incumbent may also be asked to support and consult with TAG / COE business partners to help them improve the development and onboarding program.
