Job OverviewAs a Sr Expert in Enterprise Sales Development at T-Mobile for Business, you'll be at the forefront of lead generation, specializing in delivering Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to our enterprise field sales teams. Our Sales Development Program fosters a strategic partnership between Marketing and Sales, dedicated to building a robust pipeline of well-qualified leads for the enterprise sector. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in qualifying leads and setting appointments for our Enterprise Account Executives.
Your primary focus will be identifying key decision-makers within your assigned territory and facilitating successful meetings that lead to sales opportunities. You'll build and nurture relationships with Enterprise Account Executives, serving as a supportive partner in creating connections with potential companies that employ 1,000 or more employees for T-Mobile. Your efforts will be instrumental in driving our growth and success in the enterprise market.
Job Responsibilities:
- Appointment Generation: Convert marketing leads from various sources (web, paid media, collateral) into qualified appointments. Leverage high-quality data sources such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, TechTarget, and Sales Navigator to self-source leads.
- Targeted Outreach: Strategically collaborate with your assigned field sales team to target key influencers and decision-makers. Execute high-volume outbound activities, including calls and emails, focusing on new logos, under-penetrated existing accounts, and churned accounts.
- Lead Qualification: Gather insights on the prospect’s current telecommunications services, the number of existing lines with their carrier, and interest in T-Mobile for Business solutions.
- Effective Lead Management: Employ specific Outreach sequences to engage leads by utilizing the provided talking points for calls, email templates, and LinkedIn strategies. Track and document all activities in the CRM system for effective lead management. Provide feedback to Marketing on lead quaility, proceses and performance.
- Partnership Support: Attend scheduled meetings to ensure a smooth handoff to the Enterprise Account Executive, taking detailed recap notes. Report monthly performance to team leaders and actively participate in sales team meetings.
Education and Work Experience:

- Less than 2 years Call center/sales experience (Preferred)
