- Complete EDPMS/IDPMS entries accurately and within timelines.
- Ensure proper disposal of BRCs, duty drawback, interest subvention, ECGC premium, TCS, and other statutory dues.
- Share market updates and views with clients to support decision-making.
- Support mapped branches (C Category) in trade operations and credit limit processing.
- Participate in joint customer visits with branch heads or sales teams.
- Stay updated on AML/KYC/RBI guidelines and trade finance regulations.
- Complete mandatory e-learning and capacity-building courses (IIBF certification preferred).
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Skills Required
- 3 to 5 years of experience in trade operations or related field
- Knowledge of FEMA/RBI regulations
- IIBF certification preferred
