Manage end-to-end unsecured loan operations including disbursement, queue and TAT management, servicing lifecycle (collections, pre-closure, cancellations), exception monitoring, NACH/EMI management, vendor and outsourced-staff oversight, audit/compliance, and closure of service requests within SLA. Create and execute test scenarios for system enhancements and support cross-functional volume management.
