- Handle customer enquiries, complaints & issues related to SMF and ensure timely & satisfactory resolution.
- Collaborate with other units to ensure seamless communication & coordination in attending customer requests.
- Ensure proper SOP to enhance service quality & efficiency.
Operations
- Perform client/ employment verification.
- Attend clients' requests for cash drawdown, collateral transfer, corporate actions & etc.
- Perform daily buy/ sell contracts settlement, BDS entries & day-end balancing.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of handling fees payment from brokers.
- Conduct margin calls.
- Perform any other task(s) assigned by superior from time to time.
