Job Summary:
We are seeking an expert in
Kinaxis RapidResponse to join our dynamic team. As a Kinaxis Consultant,
you will act as a bridge between internal stakeholders and the Kinaxis
implementation team, driving business value through effective supply chain
planning and analytics.
This is a strategic role
requiring strong functional knowledge in Supply Chain Management (SCM),
coupled with technical proficiency in Power BI and Advanced Excel for
data analysis and visualization.
Key
Responsibilities:
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements for SCM
optimization via Kinaxis RapidResponse.
•
Create detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) aligning with
business goals and technical constraints.
•
Design, develop, and execute testing scenarios and UAT plans to validate
solution integrity and effectiveness.
•
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes, ensuring all solutions
meet business and operational needs.
•
Develop advanced analytics dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel
(Power Query, Pivot Tables, VBA, etc.).
•
Act as the primary liaison between Cyient DLM and the Kinaxis team, ensuring
seamless communication and alignment.
•
Proactively identify project risks, bottlenecks, and suggest process
improvements or alternate solutions.
• Ensure compliance with
industry best practices and internal standards in all deliverables.
Qualifications
and Skills required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience, with significant hands-on work in Kinaxis
RapidResponse.
•
Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning, Demand/Supply Planning,
and Inventory Optimization.
•
Demonstrated experience with BRD creation, test planning, and UAT
leadership.
•
Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, dashboard creation) and Advanced
Excel.
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder
management.
• Strong problem-solving
abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Requirements
Skills Required

- Significant hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning, demand and supply planning, and inventory optimization
- Experience creating Business Requirements Documents

- Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and dashboard creation
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
