Basic & Minimum Qualification

• Graduate / Post Graduate in science/commerce/management

Experience

• 5 to 8 Years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical / Chemical / API industry.

Location: Ankleshwar and Mumbai based on job requirements.

Job Description

• Handle import and export documentation and processes.
• Liaise with Customs house agents(CHA), freight forwarders, and courier logistic providers.
• Ensure compliance with import-export regulations.
• Preparation and Managing licenses and availing benefits under various DGFT schemes like AA, EPCG
• Co-ordinate with agents & customers for fast & smooth processing of shipments
  Co-ordinate with Liner/airline for timely arrival of shipments
  Verifying Draft AWB & BL and BE received from agents and give green light to vendors or inform customers.
• Coordinate with the agent to generate scrolls and scrips.
• Prepare and manage import documentation.
  Liaise with customs and shipping agents for smooth clearance.
  Track shipments and maintain records.
• L/C related documents.
• Follow-ups with the vendors/ CHA/ customers for shipment & payments.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborating with supply chain partners
• Supporting the continuous improvement of supply chain processes and procedures
• Participate in the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinates global supply chain functions through strategy, resource optimization, profitability maximization, and KPIs resulting in the maximization of customer satisfaction.
• Works with plant, warehouse, and logistics departments.
• Works with freight forwards and transportation companies to set the best route and rate (reviews and approves all freight terms and agreements).
• Collaborates with the procurement department to determine best practices for freight in and freight consolidation.
