The Role

The Sr. Executive Assistant Technology will help the CTO in executive level administrative duties to optimize daily operations and leadership workflows. This role will assist the CTO with organizing resources to deliver team wide activities (including 3rd parties), some project management as it relates to improving our overall team profile, and activities related to team happiness. The Sr. EA will be an extension of the CTO in communication, collaboration, and elements such as employee resource groups. The Sr. EA will need to obtain and analyze feedback to be a trusted advisor to the CTO on a consistent and regular basis.


What you'll do day-to-day:

  • Management of the CTO’s O365 calendar, meeting preparation, expense reports, work related errands, travel with CTO as required, and other administration duties as assigned
  • Attend meetings as assigned by the CTO, take actions from meetings, and oversee those actions as warranted by the CTO’s assignment
  • Build relationships with the Sr. Executive administration team
  • Communicating with vendors or employees about project, event or campaign expectations and goals
  • Overseeing the vendor selected to ensure the right food, activity and or experience is being delivered
  • Collaborating with vendors or employees, the OCIO and other team members on budgeting and allocating funds
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders outside of technology including marketing, Operations, and Finance as it relates to team building and engagement satisfaction
  • Managing deadlines and progress across the team to ensure the activity is delivered with a high level of accuracy
  • Overseeing the delivery of CTO administration projects and adjusting as necessary to ensure they are delivered to specifications and high standards
  • Collecting and analyzing feedback from team members and other project users to gauge satisfaction and success
  • Creating and enabling culture rich experiences for the team
  • Creating ideas which propel team happiness and survey scores in positive directions
  • Creation of remote engagement ideas because of a remote workforce

 

 

What You Bring


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a corporate working environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information with the appropriate level of deference
  • Verbal and written communication for understanding project requirements and explaining these needs to employees and third-party providers
  • Attention to detail to ensure all specifications are met
  • Problem-solving abilities to correct any challenges or inefficiencies for the best results
  • Decisiveness and good judgment to address pressing project matters when time is limited

  • Organization and time management to manage multiple tasks, sometimes for multiple projects, at once
  • Leadership and motivation to guide team members in making consistent progress
  • Goal setting to set realistic deadlines and strategize daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly progress

Salary RangeThe salary range for this position is: $57,862.50 - $100,295.00, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
