Interested in working for a company that sets the standard and leads with integrity? Join us on a mission that matters - one team, one fight.
About the Role:
We are looking for a business-focused operational professional - with proven senior executive support experience - who enjoys solving complex, time sensitive problems and is motivated by flawless execution. This role requires a self-starter who serves as an ambassador to our executive, demonstrates sound judgment, and establishes a foundation of loyalty through behaviors that inspire trust. The ideal candidate understands the importance of confidentiality and discretion while simultaneously communicating context to stakeholders; empowering them to make informed decisions, solve problems, and reduce information churn. We are looking for someone who naturally operates with a customer service mindset enabling them to partner with a broad range of personalities and adapt to unique traits and working styles.
This role is open to candidates based in Pacific, Mountain, or Central Time Zones, with a strong preference for someone located on the West Coast.
Please note: only candidates who directly apply to the role will be considered. Please do not reach out directly, via LinkedIn or other social media, to any CrowdStrike employee regarding this role as the executive and hiring teams can only respond to direct applicants, per state and federal hiring guidelines.
What You'll Do:

  • Ensure the executive's time is aligned with their priorities through demonstrated understanding of the core business and by leveraging strategic prioritization strategies.
  • Build relationships and trust with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Increase bandwidth and productivity by anticipating needs and taking ownership of planning, executing, and delegating activities which create an extra layer of accountability.
  • Maximize efficiency and communication by building out systems and processes for increased organization and unified work-streams.
  • Provide complex and dynamic scheduling and calendar support for the executive. Advance preparation for all commitments and engagements, including comprehensive briefing materials and pre-reads, meeting agendas, presentations, itineraries etc. Review all materials for accuracy and completeness, push-back on stakeholders if documentation is not comprehensive.
  • Accountable for planning, coordination and oversight of complex domestic and international travel.. Acute attention to detail, continuously checking and rechecking all reservations and logistics for accuracy. Must have significant experience with global itineraries and keen familiarity with documentation required for global travel. Process travel and other expense reimbursements on a timely basis. Occasional travel is required to support the executive at industry conferences, keynotes, internal meetings and events.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders in executive business units and serve as the first line of defense for new and recurring executive requests.
  • Draft initial and reactive email communications to streamline and prioritize executive time; serve as the single point of contact for subsequent communications after initial contact with the executive.
  • Deconflict executive requests to align with the mission and priorities of the business, the corporate calendar, and the sales cycle prior to presenting to executive for approval.
  • Contribute to the strategic buildout of the annual corporate calendar. Regularly communicate with stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment. Communicate changes with empathy and respect, understanding that small changes have significant impact to downstream operations.
  • Vet, research, and prepare materials with internal business units (marketing, sales, finance, product, engineering, etc.) for all executive speaking engagements and critical meetings.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of current geopolitical and security industry activities as it relates to the executive's travel.

What You'll Need:

  • Detail oriented execution. Your proven ability to manage multiple requests at one time without sacrificing quality is a direct reflection of your tenacity and commitment to excellence. You understand that details matter, because it is the details that create the bigger picture. You are proficient working through situations with incomplete information to achieve optimum outcomes, while avoiding errors and friction. You are highly adaptable to changing situations and have the ability to work through contingencies in motion.
  • Prioritization and sense of urgency. Your sound problem solving approach and ability to prioritize makes you an expert at bringing order to chaos and navigating uncertainty with speed and confidence; you look around corners to identify and solve problems before they arise, and are able to quickly find solutions that balance the personal needs of the executive with the needs of the business. You are looking at the watch, not the calendar when tackling projects and requests. You have the ability to work in a global company across multiple time zones and are capable of providing 24/7 support.
  • Polished executive presence. You are an extension of and representative of the executive you support. Therefore, you must have a high EQ with a polished and professional presence and natural ability to build and maintain relationships. This includes but not limited to board interactions, internal executives as well as external executives from top tier global companies who are from some of the most influential businesses. Your ability to quickly react and respond to the needs of the business in a professional manner is crucial.
  • Ownership and partnership. You are an expert at viewing the bigger, strategic picture to help anticipate needs and identify priorities. You are able to draw on previous experience to create systems that streamline operations in service of a unified goal. As you prioritize executive time, you ensure the details never slip through the cracks.
  • Expert communication. You effectively drive alignment and understanding across stakeholders through efficient communication that reduces ambiguity and information churn for both yourself and others. You understand the importance of both method and timing in communications, and you skillfully adapt your style to match context and meet the unique needs of your audience. You demonstrate excellent writing, editing, grammatical, and research skills.
  • Integrity and discretion. You uphold the highest standards of integrity in all that you do. You build sincere relationships based on trust and respect, and show compassion and empathy in all interactions. You display professional discretion and honor the confidence of those that entrust you with information in an effort to assist with solving problems. You use strong judgment when those discussions need to be escalated to ensure the safety and protection of the colleagues or clients involved.

Bonus Points:

  • 15+ years total experience providing executive support.
  • 8+ years' experience providing executive support to C-level or equivalent.
  • 4+ years' experience supporting a senior executive at a Fortune 500 company preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience is preferred. Extensive experience planning complex global travel itineraries.
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and high aptitude for learning new software and systems.
  • Must be willing and able to travel as business needs dictate.
