Job Description Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Senior Executive Administrator to support the Chief Legal Officer and Deputy General Counsel. This role is responsible for managing complex administrative, operational, and executive support activities that enable senior legal leadership to operate effectively and efficiently.
The ideal candidate anticipates needs, exercises sound judgment, maintains the highest level of confidentiality, and proactively identifies solutions before issues arise. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages competing priorities with professionalism, and serves as a trusted partner to executive leadership while coordinating critical activities across the Legal function.

Job Description

  • Manage highly complex calendars for the Chief Legal Officer and Deputy General Counsel, including scheduling, prioritization of competing demands, meeting coordination, and proactive resolution of conflicts.
  • Coordinate and support Board of Directors and Board Committee activities, including preparation, organization, distribution, and management of board materials, communications, meeting logistics, and governance-related deliverables.
  • Identify, implement, and support improvements to administrative processes, communication workflows, meeting management practices, and operational efficiencies that enhance the effectiveness of Legal leadership and the broader department.
  • Arrange and manage domestic and international travel, including itineraries, lodging, transportation, scheduling considerations, and real-time adjustments as business needs change.
  • Prepare agendas, presentation decks, briefing materials, reports, and other executive-level documents for department meetings, leadership meetings, board-related activities, and special projects.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with senior leaders, administrative partners, Board contacts, internal business partners, and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and successful execution of business priorities.
  • Plan and execute Legal department offsites, leadership meetings, and other large-scale events, including logistics coordination, vendor management, attendee communications, and on-site support.
  • Prepare, reconcile, and submit executive expense reports in compliance with company policies and established deadlines.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $ 93,500.00 - $110,000.00
