Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to carry out joint design of the EWIS with customers, and complete the development of wiring diagram, wiring harness diagram and wiring harness installation diagram
  • 带领团队跟客户开展整机EWIS联合设计,完成接线图、线束图和线束安装图的开发
  • Complete the selection of connectors, terminals and cables
  • 完成连接器、端子和线缆的选型
  • Complete the design and deliver relevant technical documentation.
  • 完成设计并交付相关技术文档
  • Interacts with customers, vendors, marketing and sales personnel, and other engineering areas for working alignment.

  • Technical Administration – to create and maintain design information to ISO standards.

Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • University Degree in Electrical, Mechanical engineering or related field required (Graduate Degree preferred)

  • Above 5 years directly EWIS development related experience.
  • 具备5年以上EWIS设计相关经验
  • Familiar with electrical schematics, EWIS design, material selection, and processes

  • Familiar with airworthiness certification, IPC620 and other standards
  • 熟悉适航认证、IPC620等标准
  • Proficient in using CATIA, AUTOCAD and other related wiring harness design software

  • Must be able to work with a high degree of accuracy, under pressure and with frequent interruptions.
