Sr. Enterprise Delivery Manager (Flexible Location)
Overview:
Responsible for overseeing the successful delivery and implementation of Stardog’s Enterprise Knowledge Graph and Voicebox solutions for our Enterprise customers. You will manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, on-time and on-budget delivery, and high-quality outcomes. Acting as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, you will coordinate resources, mitigate risks, and provide clear communication throughout the project. You will handle multiple concurrent projects, driving continuous improvements in processes, and ensuring a seamless transition from implementation to ongoing support, enabling customers to realize the full value of our solutions. We are a remote-first company. You need to be comfortable with and have experience working remotely. You must have strong communication skills as much of our interactions will be over email, chat, and PR where it's harder to get your point across.
Requirements
- Overall 10+ years of enterprise software experience, with at least 5+ years in implementation management. Previous experience with subscription billing and/or revenue implementation projects is a strong plus.
- Proven experience collaborating with top-tier Global System Integrators (e.g. Deloitte, PwC, Ernst & Young (EY), Accenture) to drive enterprise-level delivery and partnership programsLead end-to-end project management for the delivery and implementation of enterprise knowledge graph solutions, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, including sales engineering, professional services, engineering, and customer success, to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks or issues, driving resolution to ensure smooth project progression and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure seamless handoff and a strong foundation for implementation projects.
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects with enterprise clients, providing consistent updates, managing expectations, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and KPIs to internal and external stakeholders, including executive-level reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, leveraging feedback, lessons learned, and best practices.
- Successful candidates must have strong communication and problem-solving skills with strong customer focus with a results-outcome orientationExecutive presence and comfort. You have experience and are comfortable with C-level communication.
- Comfortable working with and managing ambiguity and uncertainty.
- Proven ability to present technical solutions effectively to diverse stakeholder groups and to engage effectively with senior executives of large enterprises on both technical and business solution topics
- Demonstrated experience leading teams of architects, consultants, and developers.
- Demonstrated experience driving adoption through achieving business goals and innovation.
- Demonstrated experience working with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team.
