ABOUT THE ROLE: Sr. Enterprise Applications Developer
Join our Tech Ops team in Bangalore, India as a Sr. Enterprise Applications Developer. Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Applications, you will design, develop, and maintain secure, reliable, and scalable enterprise applications that support critical business functions across Aviatrix. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys solving technical challenges, and is eager to learn from experienced leaders.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deliver enterprise applications using AWS Lambda, AWS Step Functions, Node.js, Python, React, and Postgres.
- Develop and maintain integrations across internal systems and external services, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
- Implement features and enhancements for internal business applications, ensuring high standards of security, reliability, and performance.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain code quality and operational excellence.
- Assist in integrating cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and serverless architectures.
- Support the development of LLM-powered applications and agents, leveraging AI tools for code generation, test automation, and architecture exploration.
- Contribute to Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations and other secure authentication solutions.
- Document technical designs, APIs, and workflows for team knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, security, and business stakeholders to align on system requirements and deliverables.
- Engage in regular 1:1s, feedback sessions, and career development discussions with the Manager Enterprise Applications
- Participate in technical hiring processes and team growth initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, AWS Step Functions, Node.js, Python, React, and Postgres.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and serverless architectures.
- Understanding of distributed systems, API design, and application security.
- Ability to leverage AI tools in the development workflow.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow within the team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building IT applications for sales, support, or marketing functions.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and test automation

Your total compensation package will be based on job-related knowledge, education, certifications and location, per our aligned ranges.
