The Role

Job Description SummaryThis position will be for supporting multiple software applications in the T&O DSC organization. In this position, you will be working in development pods and closely partner with the team lead & product owner. You will be expected to understand requirements closely, design & develop code & be able to deliver on our commitments. This role requires you to cross collaborate between few contractor team members & team leader, software architect & PO.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Design & develop sound/supportable technical solutions to complex business requirements
  • Evaluate requests for enhancements and determine potential impacts with the current system design/configuration
  • Provide support and maintenance of existing customizations and application functionality
  • Triage/debug production issues identify root cause and corrective actions
  • Develop new application enhancements
  • Write technical specifications
  • Document system changes
  • Review technical designs to ensure compliance with organizational standards
  • Train/Mentor less experienced resources
  • You will be a part of a development team supporting OpsVision product primarily & can be also requested to help in any other custom app in the MQL space based on need/ prioritization

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with 4 years of experience.
