Position Overview
• Our Enterprise Applications team is seeking a Sr. Application Developer (contractor) for Workday reports, Prism for data analytics, integrations, and ServiceNow development & API Integrations.
Key Responsibilities
• Workday Development & Integration
• Build and maintain Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, BIRT).
• Develop and optimize Workday Prism datasets, pipelines, and dashboards for HR and
Finance analytics.
• Develop Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI) with external systems.
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance across Workday solutions.
• Conduct regression testing for Workday updates.
• ServiceNow Development & Integration
• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and automation.
• Develop and integrate ServiceNow APIs (REST/SOAP) with Workday and other enterprise
systems.
• Configure ServiceNow HRSD, ITSM, or other modules as needed.
• Troubleshoot and optimize ServiceNow performance and usability.
• General Responsibilities
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather and implement technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while documenting solutions.
• Support multiple projects in an agile development environment.
Qualifications
• Workday Expertise: Advanced, Matrix, Composite reports, BIRT, and security configurations.
• Workday Prism: Experience with Prism dataset design, data pipelines, transformations, and
dashboarding.
• Integration Skills: Workday Studio, EIB, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, XSLT.
• ServiceNow Development: Experience with custom app development, Flow Designer, scripting
(JavaScript), and API integrations.
• Bonus: Workday Extend Graph API experience.
• Experience with Workday HCM, Financials, Payroll, and ServiceNow HRSD, ITSM is a plus
