About the Role
We are looking for a senior engineering manager to manage our backend engineering team. You will have engineering managers and individual contributor technical leads reporting to you while you oversee execution, architecture and people development in a highly AI focused payments backend organization.
Who You Are
You have 10+ years of experience building backend systems at scale, ideally in fintech and payments space.
You are a great mentor and have built teams and developed individuals successfully while you were delivering high availability, reliable systems, efficiently.
You have great communication and organizational skills that allows you to navigate day to day situations
You are passionate about self development and you drive yourself and people around you to be better than yesterday every day
What You'll Do
Design and maintain backend services powering Deuna's integrations with hundreds of merchants and payments providers globally. Drive efficiency across the team for accurate costing and delivery of initiatives, enable a low tech-debt, highly innovative engineering organization. Coach and mentor technical leads and engineering managers.
