The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $127,125 - $186,450 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:What You Will do in This Role:
Lead project execution teams that design and commission material handling equipment.
Manage the quality, cost, delivery, and risk of projects.
Develop expertise within the team in deploying new and existing technologies
Implement and enforce performance and reliability measurements and analytics to ensure quality across all projects.
Establish design standards for projects and ensure adherence to current best practices and processes.
Own continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN tools to enhance quality and drive productivity.
Provide direction and coordination in a matrixed environment to achieve goals and objectives.
Create detailed plans to accomplish goals and coordinate activities across departments.
Ensure effective bi-directional communication with higher levels of management.

What We are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
At least (8) years of demonstrated Engineering Management and/or people leadership , and material handling and/or logistics automation industry or related experience preferred
Strong track record of delivering results, particularly in leadership positions.
Ability to effectively manage multiple high-level business challenges simultaneously under time constraints.
Capably address various business issues at a broad conceptual level while tolerating ambiguity
Proven ability to effectively engage with customers and instill confidence in various situations.
Proficient in collecting, analyzing, managing, and presenting data and information at all company levels.
Excellent leadership, teamwork, influencing, mentoring, and coaching skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively within a team environment and with individuals at various levels across all departments.
