- Should have good knowledge in FEA, Strength of materials /Solid mechanics
- Should have working experience in FE Model creation
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in FE Modeling and Analysis tools like Nastra/patran/Hypermesh
- Good Knowledge on Aircraft loads
- Good Knowledge on linear and non linear static stress analysis
- Development of analysis methodologies
- Ability to do the mitigation of RF and change proposal to the customer
- Development of DFEM models and validation
- Good Communication skills, Planning skills

- Be a team player
- Technical Coordination with customers and workload management
- Quality Delivery & Management of all the deliverables
- Prepare the Delivery note, Substantiating reports and Stress dossier preparation
