Overview
Trend Micro Vision One is a purpose-built threat defense platform that provides added value and new benefits beyond XDR (Extended Detection and Response) solutions, allowing customer to see more and respond faster. Vision One providing deep and broad extended detection and response capabilities that collect and automatically correlate data across multiple security layers—email, endpoints, servers, cloud workloads, and networks—Trend Micro Vision One prevents the majority of attacks with automated protection.
The objective of TW Engineering Group 1 is to provide the best endpoint security solution to help customers, from small & medium businesses to vary large enterprises, conquer cybersecurity challenges effectively and efficiently. Every partner within Group 1 will have opportunity to join diverse squad team and demonstrate his/her expertise and enthusiasm to make customer success in their business without cyber threat. Along this journey, we are looking for partners with not only exceptional engineering expertise, but also great curiosity and customer empathy, so we can learn from customer behavior and create business impact together.
Your responsibility
- Ensure the performance, availability and reliability of all K8S nodes and microservices within the SaaS, and maintain a high SLA
- Automate and improve release and operation processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders for requirement discussion, cross-team integration and troubleshooting.
- As a full-cycle developer responsible for delivery of features from planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment and operation.
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent working experience
- Experience in Kubernetes (e.g. EKS, AKS, GKE or On-premise)
- At least 2+ years of infra/backend development, testing, and operation experience on public clouds (AWS, Azure, …etc)
- Experience in at least one of the following language: Go, Python, bash, Shell Script
Experienced in one of following skill is a plus:
- Linux environment (Operation, …etc)
- CI/CD (GITHub Action, Pipeline design …etc)
- IaC (Terraform, HELM...etc)
- Logging and monitoring system (Loki, Prometheus, Thanos, Grafana, …etc)
- AWS (RDS, Route53, CloudWatch, MSK … etc)
- Service Mesh (Istio)
- Network (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, …etc)
- Any side project or home lab related to above

- Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent cross-team collaboration/communication.
- Aggressive working attitude and open mind.
- Willing to take challenges and take actions with agility.
