Builds relationships with internal customers, suppliers, and external vendors while managing technical correspondence and order follow-up.

Job Description:
- Estimation of Static Equipment’s (pressure vessels, heat exchangers, etc) as per the requirement of codes and Client’s specification
- Cost analysis as per the Company Guidelines.
- Familiar with standards and materials
- Careful study of process licensors data sheet, material specifications & drawings
- To build relationships with internal customers and external suppliers and vendors and manage a regular correspondence for quantities, cost and specification
- Floating of enquiries to vendor for material quotes
- Prepare cost summary and technical offer
- Preparing & submitting of proposals, follow-up & correspondence with parties to convert submitted offers into orders.
- Preliminary Mechanical design of Static Equipment
- Negotiation with vendor along with procurement team to get best material costs in pre-order stage
- Basic Understanding of QEHS (Quality, Environment, Health & Safety) will be preferred
Skills Required
- Experience estimating static equipment, including pressure vessels and heat exchangers, according to applicable codes and client specifications
- Experience with cost analysis based on company guidelines
- Familiarity with engineering standards and materials
- Ability to review process licensor data sheets, material specifications, and drawings
- Experience communicating with internal customers, suppliers, and vendors regarding quantities, costs, and specifications
- Experience obtaining vendor material quotations and preparing cost summaries and technical offers
- Experience preparing and submitting proposals and following up to convert offers into orders
- Basic understanding of preliminary mechanical design of static equipment
- Ability to negotiate vendor pricing with procurement teams
- Basic understanding of quality, environment, health, and safety requirements
