Overview
The TIVSS (Threat Intelligence Value Stream Solution) Team is committed to delivering innovative solutions for Trend Micro products, internal services, and users across various purposes. By collecting data from diverse sources, the team extracts valuable insights and establishes connections to offer refined and centralized threat intelligence. With deep domain knowledge and well-designed ETL processes, we store data efficiently and provide information to downstream users through proper interfaces. The team continuously embraces new techniques and cost-effective strategies to align our efforts with business objectives and meet the evolving challenges in the field.
Responsibility
The team is responsible for managing many critical services to suppot Trend Micro's products and services. As a developer in our team, you will play a key role in implementing and maintaining a robust infrastructure and ensuring stable service delivery. You will work with large data sets to extract insights and convert them into business value, proactively assisting users with their solutions. Additionally, leveraging tools to enhance the efficiency and smoothness of the development and deployment processes is essential.
Collaboration and communication with team members throughout the design, implementation, and operational phases are integral parts of our daily work. Beyond development, our team frequently engages with users to gather requests and feedback, ensuring that we accurately understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java or Python.
- Experience with containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes, as well as AWS EKS.
- Familiarity with cloud service solutions such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and agile software development practices within a DevOps culture.
- Experience with unit testing, component testing, and end-to-end testing methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills in English for collaboration with global teams.
- Familiarity with software build and deployment tools such as Terraform, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS CodeDeploy, or Azure DevOps.
- Hands-on experience with service monitoring and alerting tools like Grafana or Prometheus.
