Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:
Strategy
- Evaluate and report market trends
- Capture customer voice and competitor information
- Customer retention/addition tactics
Business
- Prospection and new prospect generation according to strategy
- Creation of customer wise/territory wise business plan
- Responsible for achieving the territory business plan-Sales, Order Booking, Receivables
Account Management
- Single point of contact for the assigned accounts
- Responsible for the complete sales process
- Drives customer satisfaction, account retention and increase in business share/wallet share
Sales excellence
- Planning self-sales visits. >30 customer meetings per month
- Sales efficiency and effectiveness- Offer, opportunity creation and management
- Leading sales negotiations and order closures
- PO acceptance and oversees timely order booking and OA confirmation to customer
- Controls customer overdue and ensures payment terms are as per TSI guidelines
- Analyses the order losses and shares insights for increasing the conversion rate
Data transparency and reporting
- Managing the CRM database - potential, contacts, visit reports, offers, order loss analysis, opportunities, leads etc.
- Visit report creation in CRM database
- Reporting the business status at agreed intervals to Regional Sales Manager
