Duties:
- OEE improvement in Assembly & testing by improving Uptime, reducing MTTR and improving MTBF
- Preparing preventive & predictive maintenance plan for machines & equipment
- Planning, budgeting & executing multiyear asset improvement plan to improve OEE
- Preparing contingency plans for critical-1 machines
- New equipment installation & commissioning
- Imparting training to maintenance production employees to improve their skill sets
- Root cause analysis of the problems & deploying the corrective & preventive actions for the same
- Manpower planning in Shifts. Handling shifts independently. Managing shop floor discipline
- Implementing quality systems like ISO9001, JDQPS & also EOHS systems like ISO14001, OHSAS
Required:
- PLC programming & trouble shooting for Siemens S7-1200 PLC & HMI
- Thorough knowledge of Engine Assembly & Testing process
- Maintenance of Machines/ Equipment such as Conveyors, DC Tools, Industrial washing machine, AGV, AMR,
- Maintenance of FEV make Engine Test Cell with its measuring system such as Smoke meter, Blow by meter, Fuel meter, Fuel & Coolant Conditioning systems, DCU, PWR,
- Engine testing software such as Morphee M Editor, Test commander etc.
- AMES programming & trouble shooting
- Knowledge of Kepware OPC Server, Ignition SCADA
- TPM
- SAP PM module
- ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
- TPM implementation.
- Six Sigma
Desired :
- 5-6 Years of relevant experience in Maintenance of Engine Assembly & Testing area
Education:
- B.E. Electrical/ Electronics
