Job Description Summary
As a Senior PI (Process Integration) Engineer, you will serve as a key technical leader in high-volume manufacturing, responsible for end-to-end multi-process integration and site-level Global Change Process (GCP) governance. This role leads the definition, optimization, and governance of process windows and manufacturing baselines to ensure production stability, yield performance, product reliability, and controlled manufacturing risk, while playing a critical role in strengthening site change-management maturity by ensuring process changes are properly classified, reviewed, and approved based on defined GCP class levels and technical accountability.
You will drive complex cross-process integration decisions, lead technical evaluations, and provide direction for the qualification, implementation, and site-to-site deployment of new processes, tools, and materials. Working closely with module, equipment, yield, and product teams, you will diagnose integration gaps, resolve cross-process issues, and apply data-driven methodologies such as DOE, SPC/FDC, APC, FMEA, and 8D to support new product introduction and long-term manufacturing success.
Leverage AI-enabled tools and data analytics to improve process monitoring, yield performance, problem solving, and operational efficiency.
Skill
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • TOEIC score of 650 or above, or an equivalent English proficiency certification.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of independently driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
