ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR CREATING A LASTING IMPACT

• Abilities: Bring a strong analytical mindset and cross‑functional fluency, with hands‑on experience validating requirements, triaging defects, driving root cause analysis, and partnering with product and engineering teams in Agile environments—ideally within SaaS, fintech, healthcare, or payments platforms—leveraging tools like Jira/Azure DevOps, working comfortably across APIs, microservices, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), and using quality metrics, dashboards, and automation or data analysis tools to communicate risk, insight, and impact with clarity.

• Experience: Proven experience (3–7+ years) in a Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, or Product Analyst role within a software product organization.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.

• Location: Bangalore, India
