Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
Formulate and review specification and procedures for assembly processes.
Recommend and prepare equipment including parts and materials to support the assembly processes.
Install, characterize, optimize and maintain the assembly equipment in the best condition for assembly processes.
Implement continue improvement plan to enhance the assembly yield, quality, productivity and cycle time to meet the company targets.
Develop the continues improvement plan to enhance the assembly yield, quality, productivity and cycle time to meet the company targets.
Analyze and evaluate the root cause of defects and deviations on yield, quality, productivity and develop the corrective actions including setting the standard procedure to prevent the recurrence.
Apply SPC techniques for monitoring and optimizing assembly process & IQC to ensure the product quality.
Collaborate with concerned parties to support for the company goals or targets.
Provide guidance and training to engineers, technicians and production.
Performs other jobs as been assigned
Requirements/Qualifications:
Qualifications
Bachelor in engineering or science in any fields
At least 3 years working experiences in IC manufacturing.
Good command in English communication.
Good at computer skill.
Strong at analytical, problem solving and decision, communication, teamwork skills.
Having can do attitude.
