NVM Circuitry designer. Design and simulation of NVM circuitry
Analog circuit simulation and logic simulation
Requirements/Qualifications:
Key Competencies:
- Semiconductor Integrated Circuit Knowledge
- Operates independently on complex analog/mixed‑signal design problems with minimal supervision.
- Owns the design and technical quality of one or more critical memory circuit blocks.
- Acts as a technical reference within the team and provides guidance to junior designers.
- Contributes to project planning, risk assessment, and design trade‑off discussions.
- Influences architecture and methodology decisions within the memory design group.
- Deep Analog Circuitry design knowledge
- Deep background of semiconductor Physics and Logical Analytics
- Deep knowledge using circuit and analog simulation tools.
- Mainstream CAD knowledge
- Understanding the testing and silicon debug, system analysis are positive qualifications and a plus.
- Fluency in Vietnamese, English, others are plus.
