Leads embedded software build and integration activities across distributed development environments. Manages repositories, branching, merging, releases, CI/CD pipelines, Yocto and Android builds, and automation scripts. Resolves build and functional failures using logs and test results, integrates analysis and testing tools, and supports embedded Linux development. Requires strong configuration management, debugging, real-time and multiprocessor systems experience, communication skills, and collaboration across software teams. Automotive experience is advantageous.

Essential Responsibilities
- Experience in SCM (git, gerrit, stash, perforce) Build & Integration in CI/CD environment.
- Experience using GIT to support the workflow of software development projects on Windows and Linux Systems.
- Experience using GIT to manage multiple parallel development streams and release repositories by means of branching, staging, merging and tagging.
- Experience in Python/Perl, HTML, GNU make, Jenkins, Artifactory, and shell-scripting
- Basic understand of container / Dockers on embedded systems
- Experience in Yocto, Bitbake builds and exposure to Android build system
- Experience in Static Analysis Tools, Code Coverage Tools, Unit Test Tools, Open Source Compliance Tools and integration with Build systems.
- Understanding of Configuration Management.
- Experience in Jenkins for continuous integration
- Experience in automation of integration tasks with any scripting language (Shell/Python)
- Front line for resolving build and functional breakages (based on the build logs and auto-smoke test results).
- Working knowledge of software development tools (debugger's, compilers, etc.).
- Basic understanding of C/C++, Java in embedded development on Linux (Ubuntu) environment
- Experience developing and debugging software in a real-time, embedded, multiprocessor, multi-interface environment.
- Strong communication skills and Good English skills (writing, documenting, conversation)

- Bachelors in Computer Engineering/science or Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
- A minimum of 10 years of total experience
- Configuration Management tools (Perforce, Stash, GIT etc.).

- Strong communication skills and Good English skills (writing, documenting, conversation)

- Six years of embedded or automotive build and integration experience in distributed development environments
- Experience with software integration tasks in distributed development scenarios
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Perforce, Stash, or Git
- Experience with Git repository management, branching, staging, merging, rebasing, tagging, and parallel development streams
- Experience with Gerrit and understanding of code repositories
- Experience with Jenkins or Hudson for continuous integration, including more than two years of Jenkins/Hudson experience
- Experience with CI/CD environments
- Experience with Python, Perl, Batch, or shell scripting for integration automation, including more than two years of automation experience
- Experience with Yocto and BitBake builds, including adding packages to Yocto
- Experience with Android build framework, manifests, compilation, patching, and releases
- Understanding of Google PDK delivery to silicon vendors and AOSP
- Good understanding of C/C++ embedded development on Linux or Ubuntu
