What success looks like in this role:
Work Modality: Home Office -Mexico Home-Based. However, if the candidate is based in a city with a client site, occasional hybrid attendance may be required.
Be responsible for managing and supporting a diverse range of devices, including Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS. This role requires extensive experience with SCCM and Intune, as well as strong client-facing and consulting skills. The ideal candidate will develop and implement SCCM and Intune policies, provide technical support, and collaborate with clients to deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement Microsoft Intune-based device management solutions.
- Configure and manage Windows Autopilot, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployments.
- Support the migration projects from legacy systems (e.g., SCCM) to Intune.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and automation workflows.
- Monitor and troubleshoot device enrollment, policy application, and user issues.
- Collaborate with security teams to enforce Conditional Access and Zero Trust policies.
- Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and best practices.
- Provide Level 3 support and act as a subject matter expert for endpoint management.
- Stay current with Microsoft 365 and Intune updates and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong client-facing and consulting skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Spanish and English (speak and write) to work with clients and global teams
Technical Skills:
- Deep expertise in Intune items like Autopilot, device enrollment, management, and profile creation.
- Strong experience with PowerShell scripting (Microsoft Graph API desirable).
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Conditional Access, and Group Policy.
- Experience with SCCM/MECM and hybrid co-management environments.
- Knowledge of MDM for iOS, Android, and macOS platforms.
- Understanding of Windows 10/11 deployment and lifecycle management.
- Experience with application packaging and deployment via Intune.
Nice to Have:
- Jamf MDM knowledge.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Jamf Certified).
