The Senior Enablement Strategist drives Smart Building growth by identifying and developing opportunities within existing RealPage accounts and the broader multifamily market, including net-new prospects. By aligning marketing, demand generation, SDRs, sales, and business operations, the role creates targeted go-to-market strategies, builds qualified pipeline and drives revenue through disciplined execution and measurable accountability.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute Smart Building go-to-market strategies that identify, prioritize and target growth opportunities across existing RealPage customers, underpenetrated accounts, and net-new multifamily prospects, resulting in increased market awareness, qualified pipeline and revenue opportunities.
- Partner with the Smart Building VP of Sales, Industry Principal, Demand Generation, SDR teams, and RealPage sales leadership to build and maintain target account strategies that drive customer engagement and solution adoption.
- Analyze market trends, ownership portfolios, competitive landscapes, and customer data to identify high-value prospects, emerging market opportunities, and strategic segments for growth, including organizations with little or no current RealPage footprint.
- Establish and manage a structured opportunity development process that increases customer introductions, executive meetings, discovery sessions, and solution evaluations across both existing and prospective customer segments.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships with RealPage sales teams, multifamily owners, operators, industry influencers, and strategic partners to increase awareness, credibility, and advocacy for Smart Building solutions.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation and SDR organizations to develop and execute targeted campaigns, account-based outreach strategies, and market engagement initiatives that generate qualified opportunities and support revenue objectives.
- Create and manage performance metrics, dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into market coverage, account engagement, pipeline development, conversion rates and business outcomes while driving accountability across stakeholders.
- Design and implement repeatable enablement processes, tools and best practices that improve coordination between marketing, business operations, SDRs, sales teams, and customer-facing stakeholders.
- Coordinate executive-level and field-level engagement activities, including customer meetings, industry events, strategic reviews, and account planning sessions that accelerate opportunity development and strengthen customer relationships.
- Lead cross-functional pipeline and business review meetings to evaluate performance, identify gaps, remove execution barriers, and drive action plans that improve market penetration, opportunity creation, and revenue growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, operations, or related discipline; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
- Five or more years of progressive experience in sales enablement, go-to-market operations, program management, business strategy, marketing operations, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating complex, cross-functional programs with measurable business outcomes and senior stakeholder visibility.
- Experience building dashboards, scorecards, operating cadences, or workflows that improve accountability and execution.
- Travel: occasional travel may be required for business planning, stakeholder meetings, customer/partner engagement, or company events.
