Summary
- Develop and maintain business to business programs to support sales and customer service applications.
- Prepares process flowchart for new and existing application programs; prepares complete program specifications.
- Performs analysis and resolution of program-related problems
- Conduct user orientation on application program supporting the users’ business area.
- Interface with users/colleagues in requirement definitions and verifications.
- Provides IT management with timely status and accomplishment report.

Responsibilities
- To maintain and update the corporate BB infrastructure ensuring consistency and accuracy
- To assist developers in future modifications/revisions
- To assist the end-user on impact of their deviation on the procedures in the use of the system, whether intentionally or by mistake
- To ensure that the users are competent in using the newly developed program/system
- To have accurate information/data to come up with the best solution/proposal.
- To assist management in reaching performance targets
Required skills and qualifications
- Graduate of Computer Science or Computer Engineering or any equivalent course
- At least 3 years’ experience in EDI mapping and systems design

- Functional and Business Process Knowledge
- Sales Order process
- Consignment process
- POS and Inventory processes
