Responsibilities
  • Share business insights, drive alignment with cross-functional teams on business strategy, set cross-functional priorities and collaborate with teams to execute business strategy to drive growth. 
  • Understand customer behavior leveraging customer data and insights (quantitative and qualitative) to create business strategy and ensure our offering meets customer needs and drives long-term customer loyalty
  • Drive business growth by understanding key customer and operational barriers and opportunities and creating the strategy to accelerate growth, acquiring new customers and growing customer loyalty.
  • Serve as the Business lead on strategic initiatives, creating the end-to-end strategy in alignment with broader eCommerce strategy, setting clear cross-functional priorities, and ensuring initiatives deliver maximum ROI.

Qualifications

Minimum

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, eCommerce business management, corporate strategy, or financial analyst role
  • Strong problemsolving, criticalthinking, and strategicstorytelling capabilities
  • Comfort working in fastpaced environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Proficiency with data tools
  • Strong project leadership skills with the ability to prioritize work, manage timelines, and ensure initiatives deliver maximum impact
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present to leadership

Desired

  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or Master’s in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or related field)
  • Background in environments that rely heavily on customer insights, digital behavior, and crossfunctional collaboration
  • Proven success leading crossfunctional strategic initiatives
