As Sr. Director of Strategic Growth for Healthful Solutions, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping Ingredion’s innovation strategy in metabolic and digestive health—driving growth through cutting-edge product development, strategic partnerships, and M&A alignment. This role offers the opportunity to lead a global ecosystem of cross-functional teams, transforming insights into impactful solutions that redefine healthful living.

What you will do:

• Lead strategy development for Healthful Solutions to achieve revenue and profit goals

• Collaborate with leadership to design innovative growth strategies and business models

• Drive customer engagement through tailored proposals and lead generation

• Develop and manage the innovation roadmap for metabolic and digestive health

• Partner with Corporate M&A and Ventures to align external growth opportunities

• Oversee competitive intelligence to identify and address global gaps in products, operations, and talent

• Guide cross-functional teams in data-driven strategy execution and inclusive problem-solving

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering or business field. MBA preferred

• At least 10 years' experience within a operating company’s strategy, go to market function with demonstrated experience developing growth strategies and business development

• Deep expertise in developing customer and external partnerships

• Ability to develop and execute business strategies for complex companies or business lines

Pay Range:

This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).

Incentive Compensation:

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
