Job Description:
Strategic Business Communications
Provide strategic communications counsel to the Growth MSLT member anticipating needs and shaping narratives aligned to business and commercial priorities. Equip Growth Leadership Team with business and functional communications.
Develop and execute annual internal communications plans for the global Growth function, engaging Associates around strategy, performance, key initiatives, and milestones.
Partner with leaders to communicate critical business objectives, growth priorities, and results using the right mix of channels, cadence, and storytelling.
Bring together cross-functional partners to engage Associates in key strategies and internal and external moments that align with business priorities.
Story-mine across the Growth organization to surface compelling narratives—from innovation to in-market execution—and translate them into impactful content for internal and external platforms.
Executive & Leadership Communications
Develop content and materials to support primarily the MSLT member on leadership engagement, including town halls, leadership meetings, leader messages, Q&A, video scripts, presentations, and intranet articles; equip next-level leaders with aligned materials.
Support executive readiness and presence through messaging development, panel preparation, and leadership briefing materials.
Building Visible Leadership Externally
In partnership with the External Communications team, support a reputation strategy that showcases Growth excellence, innovation, customer focus, and market impact.
Develop and execute external-facing leadership communications for the MSLT member, including LinkedIn content, speaking engagements, panels, and conferences.
Partner with External Communications to support media relations plans and issues management as needed.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Utilize data, metrics, and insights to continuously improve reach, engagement, and effectiveness of communications.
Measure the effectiveness of communication programs, apply learnings, and continuously evolve approaches to strengthen impact and outcomes.
Build and align plans for resourcing external needs to support the communications agenda (agency, budget, content development, speaking engagements, etc.).any bonus.
The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
